Ingredients

  • 8 tortillas
  • 500g sausages
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 jar green chili
  • 30g Parmesan
  • salt
  • pepper

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Heat a frying pan.
  2. Cut the sausages into cubes and fry them until they turn pink.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the sausages, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then add the green chilies and mix.
  5. Cook for a couple more minutes, then remove from heat.
  6. Spread the tortilla on a surface and spread some of the filling on the bottom edge.
  7. Gently wrap and place burrito on a plate. Repeat the same with the other tortillas.

Tips

You may cook tortilla by yourself. It can be made from corn flour or a mixture of corn flour and wheat flour and then fried in a dry pan.
