Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • Fresh parsley
  • 600g of beef
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander
  • Salt
  • ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Olive oil

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Grind 1 onion and some fresh parsley using a blender
  2. Mix ground vegetables with 600g of beef
  3. Add ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 teaspoon of coriander, ½ teaspoon of cumin, salt and black pepper to taste, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  4. Mix everything together and put it in the fridge for 30-60 minutes
  5. Form the kebabs and place them on wooden sticks
  6. Preheat the pan and grease it with some olive oil
  7. Fry the kebabs on both sides
  8. Serve your kofta with some fresh parsley and tomatoes

Tips

Serve kofta with some BBQ sauce, ketchup, mustard, mayo, sweet chili, or any other sauce of your choice.
