Ingredients

  • 6 croissants
  • 70g of bacon
  • 125ml of milk
  • 200ml of cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 120g of grated cheese
  • 100g of mozzarella
  • 15g of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Mix 125ml of milk with 3 eggs, 200ml of cream, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 120g of grated cheese
  2. Grease your baking pan with some melted butter
  3. Cut the croissants and put them in your baking pan
  4. Pour the sauce on top
  5. Sprinkle some bacon, grated cheese, and some mozzarella on top
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 180C or 350F
