Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • Some ginger
  • 3 onions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of ghee
  • ½ cup of green peas
  • 200g of cottage cheese
  • Water
  • ½ teaspoon of garam masala
  • Some Kasuri methi
  • Coriander leaves

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Preheat the pan and grease it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  2. Add 6 garlic cloves, some ginger, 3 diced onions, and saute until the onion becomes transparent
  3. Add 4 finely cut tomatoes, ½ teaspoon of salt, and saute until the vegetables become soft
  4. Turn off the heat and let the vegetables cool
  5. Put the vegetables in a mixer jar, add some water, and grind them
  6. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of ghee, and the vegetable paste you just made and mix it
  7. Add 2 teaspoons of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, and thoroughly mix everything
  8. Cook the gravy for 5 minutes
  9. Add ½ cup of pre-cooked green peas, 200g of cottage cheese, and mix it well
  10. Add ½ cup of water, cover the pan with a lid, and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes
  11. Season with ½ teaspoon of garam masala, some crushed Kasuri methi, and chopped coriander leaves
  12. Mix everything and turn off the heat
