Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chickpeas
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup of parsley
  • 1 cup of cilantro
  • 1 green chili pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of cardamom
  • 2 tablespoons of chickpea flour
  • 1l of avocado oil

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Soak 1 cup of chickpeas in water overnight
  2. Drain the water, put the chickpeas, 1 finely cut onion, 1 cup of parsley, 1 cup of cilantro, 1 green chili pepper, 3 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, ½ teaspoon of cardamom, and 2 tablespoons of chickpea flour in your food processor and grind everything together
  3. Form little balls and fry them in avocado oil until they become golden brown
