Ingredients

  • 30g of butter
  • ½ cup of bulgur
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • Salt
  • ⅓ cup of olive oil
  • 3-4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 medium branches of parsley
  • ⅓ cup of mint
  • ⅓ cup of green onion

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Grease the pan with 30g of butter
  2. Add ½ cup of bulgur and fry it for a few minutes
  3. Add 1 cup of boiled water and cook for 15-20 minutes
  4. Dice 1 cucumber and 1 tomato, put them in a bowl, and add 1 teaspoon of salt
  5. Mix the vegetables and set them aside for 10 minutes
  6. Mix ⅓ cup of olive oil, 3-4 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 finely cut garlic clove, and 1 teaspoon of salt in a little bowl
  7. Mix the bulgur with cut parsley, ⅓ cup of fresh finely cut mint, ⅓ cup of cut green onion, cucumbers and tomatoes, as well as the sauce you just made
