Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups of whole milk
  • 3 teaspoons of gelatin
  • ⅓ cup of sugar
  • 1 ½ cups of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Pour 1 ½ cups of whole milk in a saucepan
  2. Add 3 teaspoons of gelatin and mix everything together
  3. Add ⅓ cup of sugar, stir, and remove the saucepan from the heat
  4. Add 1 ½ cups of heavy cream and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the milk
  5. Mix everything together
  6. Pour the mixture into little ice-cream bowls and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight
  7. Serve your panna cotta with some fresh mint, lemon, or any other fruits and berries of your choice
