Ingredients

  • Some oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1kg of beef
  • 500g of beef bone marrow
  • 2l of water
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Red chili
  • Turmeric
  • Salt
  • Coriander powder
  • Whole spice powder
  • Aniseeds
  • Black cardamom
  • Dried ginger
  • Ginger
  • 5 tablespoons of wheat flour

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Pour some oil in a pan and heat it up
  2. Slice 1 onion and fry in until golden brown
  3. Add 1kg of beef, 500g of beef bone marrow, and some water to the pan
  4. Stir the meat while frying it
  5. Add ginger-garlic paste, red chili, turmeric, salt, coriander powder, whole spice powder, and cook everything on medium heat
  6. Wrap aniseeds, black cardamom, and dried ginger in a cotton cloth and tie it
  7. Put the knot with spices in the pot
  8. Add 1l of water
  9. Cover the pot with a lid and cook on low heat for 6-7 hours
  10. Take out the knot with spices when the meat becomes tender
  11. Add ½ teaspoon of whole spice powder and some chopped ginger to the pot
  12. Mix 1l of water with 5 tablespoons of wheat flour
  13. Add the water and flour mixture to the pot
  14. Serve your meal
