Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Pre-made pizza dough
  • ¼ cup of tomato paste
  • 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • Fresh basil leaves

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Mix 2 finely chopped roasted garlic cloves with 1 tablespoon of olive oil to make the sauce
  2. Place pre-made pizza dough into a baking pan and spread the sauce you just made on top
  3. Spread ¼ cup of tomato sauce all over the dough
  4. Sprinkle the dough with 8 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese
  5. Cut 1 tomato in circles and put them on your pizza
  6. Bake your pizza for 35 minutes at 246C or 475F
  7. Decorate your pizza with some fresh basil leaves
