Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 medium red bell peppers
  • 2 medium green bell peppers
  • 3 small zucchini
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder
  • 2 pounds of tomatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Preheat the pan and grease it with 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  2. Put 1 finely cut onion and cook it until in becomes golden brown
  3. Dice 2 medium red bell peppers and 2 medium green bell peppers
  4. Cook the peppers for 10 minutes
  5. Cut 3 small zucchini and cook them until they become tender
  6. Fry 5 finely chopped garlic cloves with a teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder
  7. Add 2 pounds of diced tomatoes, some salt to taste, the vegetables you cooked earlier, some black pepper, 1 teaspoon of cumin, and some more salt
  8. Mix everything together, cook for a few minutes, and serve

Tips
