  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 teaspoons of dried dill
  • 2,5 pounds of salmon
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Lemon
  • Head fennel
  • 1 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Cut 1 small zucchini in circles and place half of them on the parchment paper
  2. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of dried dill on zucchini and put a piece of salmon (approximately 1,5 pounds)
  3. Season the salmon with some salt and ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  4. Cut some lemon and put 3 pieces on top
  5. Sprinkle some more dried dill
  6. Cut some head fennel and put it around the salmon
  7. Sprinkle the salmon with 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  8. Make another serving using the same directions
  9. Cover the salmon in parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes at 190C or 375F
