Ingredients

  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 50g of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Olive oil
  • Ginger
  • Pepper
  • Coriander
  • 150-200g of turkey breast
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • 2 slices of bread

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Cut 2 cherry tomatoes in circles
  2. Cut 1 onion in rings
  3. Soak the onion in salty water for a few minutes to make it less bitter
  4. Cut 50g of mozzarella cheese in circles
  5. Pour 2 tablespoons of soy sauce in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of honey to it, and thoroughly mix it
  6. Preheat the pan and add some olive oil
  7. Put some ginger, pepper and coriander in the pan
  8. Fry the spices for a few minutes and remove them from the pan
  9. Put 2 pieces of turkey breast in the pan, sprinkle the meat with some paprika, garlic powder, and pepper
  10. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the turkey for 2 minutes on each side
  11. When you turn the meat on the other side, pour the sauce you made earlier into the pan and cook for 5 minutes
  12. Put a slice of bread on a piece of foil, sprinkle some olive oil on it, put some lettuce on top, add some tomatoes, onion rings, and mozzarella cheese
  13. Sprinkle with some black pepper, put the turkey on top, and cover the sandwich with another slice of bread
  14. Wrap the sandwich in the foil and grill on high heat for 2 minutes
  15. Serve the sandwich with some fresh vegetables

In case you do not have a grill, you can cook your sandwich in a frying pan.
