Ingredients

  • 700g of chicken wings
  • A pinch of salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika powder
  • 700ml-1l of vegetable oil
  • 150-200g of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of hot sauce of your choice
  • A pinch of sugar
  • Some black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • ½ teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Take 700g of chicken wings, cut off the tips, and place the wings in a bowl
  2. Add a pinch of salt, black pepper to taste, ¼ cup of flour, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika powder, and mix everything together
  3. Put the wings into a fridge for 1 hour
  4. Preheat 700ml-1l of vegetable oil in a pan
  5. Fry the wings for 10 minutes
  6. Remove the wings from the oil and place them on a paper towel
  7. Melt 150-200g of butter, add 2 tablespoons of hot sauce of your choice, a pinch of sugar, some black pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, ½ teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of corn flour, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, mix everything and cook for 10 minutes
  8. Add the sauce to the wings and carefully mix them

Tips

Use bread crumbs instead of flour to make the wings crispier.
