Ingredients

  • 250g of boneless chicken
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon of paprika
  • ⅛ teaspoon of allspice
  • 2 tablespoons of corn starch
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs
  • 500-700ml of oil

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Cut 250g of boneless chicken into pieces and put them in a bowl
  2. Add ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of onion powder, ¾ teaspoon of garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper, ¾ teaspoon of paprika, ⅛ teaspoon of allspice, and mix everything together
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of corn starch and thoroughly stir everything
  4. Put 1 egg white in a bowl and 1 cup of bread crumbs in another bowl
  5. Dip the chicken in the egg white and bread crumbs and put it on a big plate
  6. Preheat 500-700ml of oil and fry the chicken until it becomes golden brown
  7. Remove the chicken from the pan and serve it with some ketchup or any other sauce of your choice

Tips

While frying the chicken make sure to temp it to find out whether it’s cooked. If you temp the chicken and it’s 165°F (74°C), it’s done.
