Ingredients

  • Chicken or beef
  • 2 onions
  • Seasoning powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of curry
  • 1 table of bullion
  • 4 tomatoes
  • ½ cup of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 cup of meat stock
  • 1 cup of rice

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Put 1kg of chicken into the pan
  2. Add 1 finely chopped onion, some seasoning powder, garlic powder, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of curry, 1 table of bullion, and some water
  3. Cook for 10-15 minutes
  4. Take 4 tomatoes and make tomato puree using a blender
  5. Put the puree into the frying pan and cook for a couple of minutes
  6. Pour ½ cup of oil into the pan and fry the chicken
  7. Remove the chicken from the pan and fry 1 finely chopped onion in the same pan
  8. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, tomato puree, 1 bay leaf, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 teaspoon of seasoning, 1 cup of meat stock to the onion, and mix everything together
  9. Cook for a few minutes and add some salt to taste
  10. Add 1 cup of rice to the sauce
  11. Mix everything together and add some more meat stock
  12. Cover the rice with foil and lid and cook for 20 minutes
  13. Remove the bay leaf
  14. Serve the rice with the chicken you cooked earlier

Tips

If you do not particularly like chicken, you can use beef instead.
