  • 2 eggs
  • 25 ml of milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dried basil
  • Fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 1 tomato
  • 50g of feta cheese

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Put 2 eggs in a bowl
  2. Add 25 ml of milk and whisk the eggs and milk
  3. Add dried basil and salt and pepper to taste
  4. Preheat the pan and put 1 teaspoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil into it
  5. Pour the eggs into the pan and sprinkle some fresh dill on top
  6. Cook the omelette on both sides for about 5-7 minutes
  7. Roll the omelette and serve it with some diced tomatoes and feta cheese

Tips

If you have a nonstick pan, you can fry your omelette without oil and butter to make it healthier.
