Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 400g of shrimps
  • Green salad mix
  • 300g of cooked chickpeas
  • 60g of tomatoes
  • 40g of walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • ½ lemon
  • 30g of honey
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Preheat the pan and pour some olive oil in it
  2. Put 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 400g of pre-cooked peeled shrimps in the pan
  3. Saute for 3 minutes
  4. Turn over the shrimps and cook for another 2 minutes
  5. Put green salad mix into a bowl, add 300g of cooked chickpeas, 60g of chopped tomatoes, 40g of walnuts, and shrimps
  6. In a separate bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of mustard, lemon juice squeezed from ½ lemon, 30g of honey, black pepper and salt to taste, and carefully mix everything together to make honey dressing
  7. Season the salad with some olive oil, some salt to taste, and mix all the ingredients
  8. Serve the salad with the dressing you made earlier

Tips

If you want to use more vegetables, you can also add some cucumbers and bell peppers.
