  • ½ yellow bell pepper
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • ½ green bell pepper
  • ½ onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 150g of zucchini
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 2 ¼ cups of vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of orange food coloring

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Dice ½ yellow bell pepper, ½ red bell pepper, and ½ green bell pepper
  2. Chop ½ onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 carrot, 4 mushrooms, and 150g of zucchini as shown in the video
  3. Preheat the pan and pour some olive oil in it
  4. Put garlic, onion, and pepper into a pan and carefully mix it
  5. Season the vegetables with some black pepper and cook for 5 minutes
  6. Add 1 cup of rice to the pan and carefully stir it
  7. Add zucchini, 2 ¼ cups of vegetable stock, 1 teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of orange food coloring
  8. Cook on low heat until the water evaporates
  9. Turn off the heat, put carrots and mushrooms on top, cover with a lit or a piece of foil, and let it stay like that for 10 minutes
  10. Serve your paella
