  • 250g of potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of red chili powder
  • 2 finely chopped green chili peppers
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
  • Oil

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Boil 250g of potatoes and mash it
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of red chili powder, 2 finely chopped green chili peppers, 2 tablespoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of coriander, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes, and mix everything together
  3. Make round kebabs out of potatoes
  4. Pour some oil into the pan and fry the kebabs on both sides on medium heat until they become golden brown
