Ingredients

  • Chopped onion
  • Coriander
  • Cabbage
  • ⅓ cup of boiled peas
  • ⅓ cup of boiled potatoes
  • ½ cup of paprika
  • 200g of mint yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of chaat masala
  • ½ cup of yogurt

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Take ½ cup of chopped onion, coriander, and cabbage, ⅓ cup of boiled peas, ⅓ cup of boiled potatoes, and ½ cup of paprika
  2. Add peas and potatoes to mint yogurt and carefully mix everything
  3. Sprinkle the mixture with 1 tablespoon of chaat masala
  4. Add 6 tablespoons of yogurt and another tablespoon of chaat masala
  5. Add more yogurt
  6. Sprinkle paprika and salad on top
  7. Pour the rest of the yogurt on top

Tips

Use soy or coconut yogurt to make this meal vegan.
