Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • 2 cups of seafood mix
  • 6 prawns
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 ¼ cup of rice
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 ½ cups of fish stock
  • 1 teaspoon of orange food coloring
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Pour some olive oil into the pan
  2. Add 2 cups of seafood mix, 6 prawns, and fry for a few minutes
  3. Remove the seafood from the heat
  4. Put finely chopped garlic clove in the pan and cook on low heat for a couple of minutes
  5. Add one peeled tomato, stir everything, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes
  6. Add 1 ¼ cup of rice
  7. Stir everything and add 1 teaspoon of paprika, 2 ½ cups of fish stock, 1 teaspoon of orange food coloring, and salt to taste
  8. Mix everything together and cook on low heat for 12-15 minutes
  9. Add pre-cooked seafood and prawns to the rice, cover it with a lid or foil, and cook on low heat for 5-8 minutes
  10. Serve your paella

Tips

If you do not want to have shells in your paella, you can use peeled seafood mix.
