Ingredients

  • 500g of chopped meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 1 cardamom
  • ½ cup of oil
  • 4-5 tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of dry coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 4-5 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 2 green chili peppers
  • 20-30g of coriander

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Take 500g of chopped beef and boil it for 15-20 minutes
  2. Add 1 chopped onion, 1 small garlic, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 cinnamon, 1 cardamom to the boiling water
  3. Cover the pot with a lid and cook on low heat until the meat becomes soft
  4. Drain the water
  5. Pour ½ cup of oil in a pan
  6. Add 4-5 chopped tomatoes and fry them on medium heat for a few minutes
  7. Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper, a pinch of turmeric, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of dry coriander, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, and mix everything together
  8. Add boiled meat to the pan and stir it
  9. Add 4-5 tablespoons of yogurt, mix everything together, and cook on medium heat for a few minutes
  10. Add 2 chopped green chili peppers, 20-30g of coriander, chopped garlic, and mix everything
  11. Serve the meal
